This policy explains which personal data we process through the mitjarobic.com website, why we process it and what rights you have in relation to it.

What data is processed
Contact form. When you send an enquiry we process your name, email address, the project type you select and the message you write, together with a record of your consent and the time it was given.
Server logs. The hosting provider automatically records the IP address, request time, page address and browser details. This happens on every visit to any website and is necessary for operation and security.
We collect nothing else. We use no analytics, no advertising tools, no tracking pixels and no embedded third-party content.
Purpose and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry — consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give consent by ticking the box in the form.
- Security and operation of the site — legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, being the protection of the site against abuse and keeping it running.
- Legal obligations, where an enquiry leads to a business relationship — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries are kept in the mailbox for as long as they are needed, and no longer than two years after the last contact, after which they are deleted.
- Server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own policy, typically for a few weeks.
- Where a project goes ahead, documentation is kept as required by tax and accounting law.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Our hosting and email provider Neoserv d.o.o. has access as a processor; its servers are in Slovenia. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. Nothing is stored on your device when you visit — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage.
The site also makes no requests to third-party domains. Fonts are served from our own server rather than an external provider, so that route does not reveal your IP address to anyone else either.
That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. If analytics, embedded video or similar tools are added later, this policy will be updated and your consent obtained before they are used.
Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right to:
- access the data we process;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to info@mitjarobic.com. We reply within one month at the latest.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have been breached, you may complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, email gp.ip@ip-rs.si, telephone +386 1 230 97 30.
